Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across your assigned region
Help patients regain independence with daily living activities after strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and Speech therapists to create comprehensive care plans
Complete OASIS documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
Build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting their recovery journey
Adapt therapy approaches to meet each patient's unique needs and goals

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
At least 1 year of experience working as an OT
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Home health experience preferred but not required
Comfortable traveling within an assigned geographical region

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of OASIS documentation requirements
Experience treating orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently in home settings
Cerner EMR experience helpful
Professional appearance with business attire and white lab coat
