Location: Carbondale, Illinois

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4-10 hour shifts, including 2 weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and create individualized plans
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Active state license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
