Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the unit
- Mentor staff and foster a positive, collaborative environment
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Prior leadership experience in ICU settings
