Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Self-scheduling with elective cases Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with vision and compassion
Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers nursing staff
Enhance clinical competencies and mentor team members across specialties
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support
Manage staffing ratios and ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for cardiac and critical care patients

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care and telemetry
Experience with vasoactive drips and moderate sedation

Knowledge & Skills

Leadership in building positive team culture
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Titration of vasoactive medications and critical drips
Ventilator management and advanced respiratory support
Strip interpretation and intraprocedural monitoring
Self-scheduling and call coordination
