Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call for after-hours, weekends, and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Mentor staff and enhance nursing competencies across critical care areas
Support bedside procedures and provide moderate sedation with confidence
Build a positive, collaborative culture that empowers your team
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and hold care with attention to detail
Float as a helping hand to support other departments when needed

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drips

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in managing cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Comfortable titrating vasoactive drips and managing vents, CPAP, BiPAP
Skilled in reading and monitoring telemetry strips
Ability to support a wide range of ICU diagnoses including sepsis, DKA, STEMI, and COPD exacerbation
