Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform imaging examinations on patients of all ages
Corroborate patient's clinical history with procedure
Assess patient condition and determine possibility of pregnancy
Prepare patient for procedures and provide instructions
Demonstrate competency and proficiency in utilizing required equipment
Evaluate images for technical quality and manipulate display parameters

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program
Current registration with ARRT (R)(M) or equivalent required
Current BLS certification
2 years post-graduation experience preferred
Initial training in digital mammography and tomosynthesis required

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety
Imaging equipment operation and maintenance
Radiology and mammography techniques
Communication and interpersonal skills
