Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM with cycle scheduling, every other weekend and holiday required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
- Monitor and support residents with conditions including CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with attention to detail
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to resident care
Knowledge & Skills
- PointClickCare EMR experience preferred
- Understanding of common long-term care diagnoses
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
- Attention to medication administration and resident safety
