Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the care team
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote comfort
• Document patient care and observations clearly and promptly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing principles and best practices
• Medication administration and dosage calculation skills
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
