Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate technical nursing care to residents using the nursing process
Function as a vital member of the nursing team under RN supervision
Step up confidently into the charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility

Qualifications

At least one year of LVN experience
Current California LVN license
Current CPR Certification

Education

Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment
Skillful planning and priority setting with flexibility
Proficient written and verbal communication
Computer proficiency

Benefits

30 pay increments rewarding up to 30 years of experience
