Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote comfort
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition promptly

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration
• Patient care and assessment
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
