Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, document and report patient status and changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs, providers and interdisciplinary team members
Assist with admissions, discharges and care transitions with attention to detail
Support a positive patient experience through respectful communication and advocacy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background checks, drug screen and facility onboarding requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and a caring bedside manner

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program; high school diploma/GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with patient assessments, vitals and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health record charting (EHR) preferred
Good clinical judgment, time management and teamwork abilities
Clear communication with patients, families and clinical staff
