Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care as an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, document and report patient status and changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with admissions, discharges and care transitions with attention to detail
- Support a positive patient experience through respectful communication and advocacy
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screen and facility onboarding requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring bedside manner
Education
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program; high school diploma/GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Comfortable with patient assessments, vitals and documentation
- Familiarity with electronic health record charting (EHR) preferred
- Good clinical judgment, time management and teamwork abilities
- Clear communication with patients, families and clinical staff
