Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to deliver seamless care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- A passion for making a difference in patients' lives
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
