Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and reinforces policies and procedures to ensure continuity of operations
Provides staff education, orientation support, and competency validation as needed
Promotes compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Serves as a clinical and operational resource to staff and leadership

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure
Current BLS certification
AWHONN intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM, STABLE, NRP Instructor
Minimum of five years of Obstetrics Nursing and Neonatal experience required with prior leadership experience preferred

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Astute communication skills
Ability to adjust to job situations that involve many different people and projects
Ability to operate equipment and perform technical procedures
Leadership and management skills
