Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide consistent, reliable coverage during the day shift hours and fulfill on-call duties when scheduled
Respond promptly and professionally to after-hours and weekend needs
Coordinate handoffs and communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Participate in holiday and weekend staffing as required to support the team
Follow established policies around scheduling and coverage, honoring the NO BLOCK SCHEDULING requirement

Qualifications

Relevant professional licensure or certification as required by the specific role
Ability to work day shifts and participate in on-call rotations, including holidays and weekends
Demonstrated reliability and strong communication skills
Comfort with a schedule that includes occasional holiday and weekend coverage

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; role-appropriate degree or credential preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong time management and the ability to prioritize during a long day shift
Clear, concise communication for handoffs and on-call situations
Adaptability and resilience when covering holidays and weekends
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues when on call
