Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric patients, enhancing their quality of life
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized support and emotional encouragement
- Maintain a clean and nurturing environment that promotes healing and dignity
- Document patient progress accurately to contribute to effective care plans
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification in Maryland
- Compassionate heart for geriatric care
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Basic healthcare experience preferred
