Dialysis Technician
Location: Arlington, Washington
Start Date: 06-08-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Saturday, 10-13 hour shifts, AM or PM, ending no later than 11:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care for renal dialysis patients following established protocols
- Support patients throughout their dialysis treatments under the guidance of registered nurses
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during every session
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality treatment across multiple locations
- Help patients feel at ease while managing their kidney health journey
Qualifications
- Current CHT or CCHT certification required
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain
- Current CPR with BLS certification from American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of previous dialysis experience
- Willingness to cover multiple clinic locations in the greater Seattle area
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care protocols
- Ability to follow specific care guidelines under nurse supervision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in both AM and PM shift environments
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
