Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene care to patients of all ages.
• Provide personalized patient education on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral health.
• Work alongside a dedicated dental assistant to handle patient prep and support, allowing you to focus on clinical care.
• No need to take X-rays or perform comprehensive exams, as those are covered by other team members.
• Maintain a compassionate and welcoming chairside manner to put patients at ease.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Experience with dental software is a plus but not required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants and providers.
• Comfortable using dental practice management software.
