Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care in convenient half-hour slots
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and at-home care
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, sterile environment
• Document patient care accurately in the dental software
• Deliver a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with dental software and patient records
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to infection control standards
• Great time management skills to keep up with half-hour appointments
• Ability to work seamlessly with dentists and dental assistants
