Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care with thorough dental cleanings and exams
• Perform oral health assessments and document patient histories
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterile equipment

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety standards
• Familiarity with electronic dental records systems
• Strong patient education and motivational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
