Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and oral hygiene instructions
• Partner with dentists to assess patient oral health and develop personalized care plans
• Take and review dental X-rays to identify issues early
• Educate patients on best practices for at-home oral care
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment by following infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and compassionately

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Skill in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Familiarity with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Excellent interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease
• Attention to detail for accurate patient records
