Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing with precision
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed for diagnosis
• Educate patients on excellent oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Partner with the dental team to ensure a comfortable, positive experience

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or compact eligibility)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred but happy to help you get it
• Recent clinical experience in a dental setting is a plus
• A caring, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Skill in using dental instruments and digital X-ray systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
