Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing to keep smiles bright
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care
• Partner with the dentist to develop tailored treatment plans
• Maintain a spotless, sterile environment to ensure patient safety
• Keep precise patient records to track care and progress

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures with ease
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• Prior dental office experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental instruments and hygiene techniques
• Experience with digital imaging and dental software
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional manual dexterity
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
• Time management and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
