Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and prophylaxis to patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document oral health conditions
• Take and interpret dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred, new graduates welcome
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Attention to detail in patient care and recordkeeping
