Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care and prophylaxis to patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document oral health conditions
- Take and interpret dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred, new graduates welcome
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
- Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
- Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
- Attention to detail in patient care and recordkeeping
