Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
• Take and process dental x-rays with attention to patient comfort and safety
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Experience with dental software and patient record management
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and radiography safety
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
