Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately to support treatment planning
• Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in Wisconsin required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Prior dental practice experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Must be available to work the specified shift time

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy, radiography, and periodontal therapy
• Proficient with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient education
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
