Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough dental cleanings and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized home care routines
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Partner with the dentist to support treatments and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming operatory
• Document patient visits accurately and keep records up to date
• Champion infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clinical experience in a dental office setting
• Excellent communication skills and a caring chairside manner
• Ability to build trust with patients of all ages

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and instruments
• Comfort with digital X-rays and dental practice software
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A natural talent for making patients feel at ease
