Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient preparation and chairside support
• Operate the GBT machine to perform guided biofilm therapy treatments
• Efficiently run two columns (operatories) to keep patient flow smooth
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory rooms
• Document patient care and update dental records accurately
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental or hygiene assistant is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Ability to confidently operate GBT equipment and manage two operatory columns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) technology
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
