Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures with a warm and reassuring approach
• Assist with braces placements, adjustments, and removals to create confident smiles
• Support Invisalign treatment by taking impressions, scanning, and guiding patients
• Take dental x-rays and perform clinical tasks with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, braces care, and Invisalign maintenance
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willingness to obtain certification
• Hands-on experience with orthodontics, including braces and Invisalign
• Current x-ray certification or ability to achieve one
• A friendly, patient-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Comfort with Invisalign workflows and digital scanning
• Knowledge of dental software and patient record management
• Strong sterilization and infection control practices
• Ability to educate and connect with patients of all ages
