Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care to patients and residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred, but new grads welcome
• A caring, patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
