Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in an acute care setting
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• A passion for helping others and providing quality care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient mobility throughout your shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
• Compassion and patience when working with patients
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
