Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to patients in an acute setting
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in Indiana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced acute care environment
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
• Minimum of 0 years experience (entry‑level positions available)
