Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to create personalized treatment plans
- Support patients in building skills for everyday living
- Document progress and celebrate each milestone with your patients
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
- Compassionate approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals
