Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, following state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
- Implement personalized therapy interventions according to the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist patients and families with education to promote independence
- Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising OT and the care team
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Washington COTA license or ability to obtain before start
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A compassionate, patient-first attitude
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

- Therapy interventions and treatment modalities
- Patient documentation and accurate record keeping
- Patient and family education techniques
- Clear verbal and written communication
