Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, following state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
  • Implement personalized therapy interventions according to the OT plan of care
  • Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist patients and families with education to promote independence
  • Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising OT and the care team
  • Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance protocols at all times

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Washington COTA license or ability to obtain before start
  • Strong teamwork and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A compassionate, patient-first attitude

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Patient documentation and accurate record keeping
