Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Measure and record vital signs and report clinical changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling techniques
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident observations
• Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and families
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
• Comfort with hands-on patient care and lifting/transfer assistance
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (if available, bring it along!)

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
• Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe hygiene practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
