Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (schedule varies; night shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
Maintain accurate resident documentation and communicate with nursing staff
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Willingness to work per diem night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Comfortable providing direct resident care and following facility policies
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection prevention and adherence to safety protocols
Patient positioning, transfers, and safe mobility techniques
Clear communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
Reliable time management and ability to adapt in a busy care environment
