Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Help residents move safely by assisting with transfers, walking, and repositioning
• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote a positive, caring atmosphere
• Communicate resident needs and observations clearly with nursing staff and families
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment to prevent accidents and infections

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Reliable and able to work flexible per diem shifts
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care and safety practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and physically support residents
• Sharp attention to detail and keen observational skills
• Team collaboration skills to work effectively with nurses and other caregivers
