Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Support infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean care environment
Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to enhance quality of life

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
State CNA certification or ability to obtain Pennsylvania CNA credentials preferred
Able to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong patient focus
Basic computer or documentation skills for charting care and observations

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection control practices and patient safety awareness
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
