Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care delivered accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping others and improving quality of life

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and daily living assistance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
