Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
• Keep patient rooms clean, tidy, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A caring heart and a passion for helping others
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and observation skills
