Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents and patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfer, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Support patients with meals and hydration, tracking intake as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to patient needs
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Skilled in using electronic health records and documentation systems
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
• Attention to detail for accurate vital signs and reporting
