Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8-hour shifts as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing team
- Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
- Support residents during meals, including feeding and hydration
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents and families
- Document care provided and communicate clearly with the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Connecticut
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a bonus but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
