Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for residents
• Document care accurately and communicate openly with the care team and families

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Alabama
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehab preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a caring, patient-focused approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines
