Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible 8-hour shifts, days to be determined
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Connecticut
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents safely
- Time management and organizational skills
- Empathy and respect for residents' dignity
