Shift Type: Per Diem, 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Document care provided accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote resident well-being
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification in Connecticut
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and health requirements
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but new grads are welcome
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of resident rights and dignity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Commitment to infection control and safety standards
- Compassion and patience in challenging situations
