Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety at all times
• Assist with feeding, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of life

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Skills in vital sign monitoring
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Time management and adaptability
