Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, personalized care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain one
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, move, and support patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control practices
• Skilled in taking vital signs and accurately documenting observations
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly to patient needs
• Strong attention to detail and a caring, empathetic approach
