Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, making a lasting difference in their day
• Take and record vital signs, reporting observations to nursing staff
• Help patients stay mobile and comfortable through safe positioning and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and your teammates
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
• No prior experience required; new graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on facility needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff
• Basic computer skills for electronic health documentation
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of infection control practices
