Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing assistance to patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with meals and hydration, ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings preferred
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care principles
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
