Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure their safety and comfort
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration while monitoring dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and follow infection control standards
• Document care provided and communicate observations with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued photo ID and wear it visibly at all times
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients throughout the shift
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Reliable and able to follow care plans
