Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, various start times
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute rehabilitation setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to support patient recovery
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Prior acute care or hospital experience is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital sign monitoring
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
