Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Document care accurately and promptly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to support patient recovery

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior acute care or hospital experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital sign monitoring
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
